Pizza Box Advertising Subscription Plan Policy. By purchasing an Eyson Pizza Box Advertising Subscription Plan, you agree to the following terms relating to design, printing, distribution, payments and cancellation.

 

1. Design & Artwork.

 

Once your subscription has been purchased, our design team will contact you to arrange your advertisement artwork. You can either:Use our design team to create your advertisement graphic at no additional cost; orProvide your own artwork for printing, subject to our artwork requirements.If you choose to use the Eyson design team, you can request as many reasonable design iterations as needed until you are happy with and approve the final design.If, despite reasonable design revisions, you are not satisfied with the design produced by our design team, you may request cancellation and receive a full refund, provided the artwork has not yet been confirmed for printing.

 

2. Monthly Print Deadline.

To be included in the print and distribution run for the 1st of the following month, both payment and final design confirmation must be completed by the 15th of the current month.For example, to have your advertisement distributed from 1st October, your payment and final design approval must be completed by 15th September.If the required confirmation is not received by the 15th, your advertisement will automatically be moved to the following month's print and distribution run.

 

3. Design Changes.

You can change your advertisement design each month at no additional cost, provided the new design is created, submitted and approved before the relevant 15th-of-the-month deadline.If you do not request a design change, your previously approved design will automatically be used for the next print run.

 

4. Payments & Refunds.

​

Once payment has been received and the design has been confirmed for printing, the printing process will commence and the payment will become non-refundable.Before design confirmation and commencement of the printing process, you may be eligible for a full refund in accordance with the cancellation provisions above.

 

5. Cancellation.

​

Your subscription can be cancelled at any time. You can cancel:Through your account on the Eyson website; orBy contacting Eyson directly.Cancellation will prevent further subscription payments from being taken and print runs from being produced, subject to any order that has already entered the printing process.

 

6. Important Note.

​

By confirming your design, you are confirming that you are happy for the artwork to be printed and distributed as submitted. Please carefully check all text, contact details, offers, logos and other information before providing final approval.Eyson reserves the right to update these terms where necessary. Any changes will not affect print runs that have already been confirmed and entered into production.
